Ryan Lonsway

At the young age of 19, Ryan started his carrer in real estate when he purchased his first investment property. Since obtaining his real estate license in 2019, he has helped over 100 buyers and sellers in the Metro Detroit area and has sold over 21 million in real estate. Ryan uses his strong communication skills and strategic negotiation tactics to set his clients up for success.

Exclusively partnered with Fast Track Improvements, Ryan can offer unique benefits that most agents can't. This includes leveraging his knowledge about residential construction to guide his clients into making sound investments, as well as offering his in-house teams assistance with any repairs or updates they may need.
