The Lonsway Team was founded to bridge the gap between real estate and construction and provide clients with a more complete property experience throughout Metro Detroit.
 

Ryan Lonsway began his real estate career at just 19 years old when he purchased his first investment property. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2019, he went on to help hundreds of buyers and sellers, facilitate millions of dollars in real estate transactions and residential construction projects, and build his own portfolio of short and long term rental properties.
 

Through years of working with homeowners, investors, contractors, and renovation projects, Ryan saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find construction professionals who were reliable, consistent, communicative, and capable of seeing a project through from start to finish. He also recognized that his experience in real estate, investing, and residential construction gave him the foundation to build something better.

That led to the expansion of The Lonsway Team into construction.

Today, our real estate and construction services work side by side, giving clients access to a team that understands a property from more than one perspective.
